The Ridge consists of four, 4-story residential buildings, each including two and one half levels of controlled access underground parking.

There will be 201 total condominium residences built on approximately eight landscaped acres and completed in two Phases. Phase I will consist of 95 units (Buildings A & B), followed by the remaining 106 residences in Phase II (Buildings C & D).

Groundbreaking for Phase I occurred during the fall of 2007 with anticipated resident occupancy near the end of 2008 or early 2009.
